Do we need a foundation or site preparation?

Choose or prepare a site that is as level as possible a concrete slab is not necessary. We suggest using 4” of road base gravel or have patio blocks available at time of delivery to set the building on. Our delivery crew will shim the building to make it as level as possible.Our buildings are made of treated material and may sit on the bare ground.

Can we paint or stain the building?

Our buildings are sprayed with an oil based UV protective sealer in Honey Gold Color (Pittsburgh Paints). We recommend you wait 4 to 6 months before re-staining or painting. If you would like to stain sooner, request that we do not spray on the sealer at time of construction. You should wait until the moisture leaves the wood before finishing.

Do we need a permit?

Permit requirements vary by municipality we do not get involved in permits. Many customers do not get them for sheds. Cabins and Garages may require one.

Do you have a payment plan?

We suggest you visit your local Credit Union or Bank. Ask our sales person to recommend a Credit Union near you. We accept Visa and Master Card for full payment for a 2% fee.

Can we make any modifications to the building?

Yes doors and windows can be moved, other types and sizes of doors and windows can be installed please see the back of our brochure for options.

Can we supply our own shingles?

Yes but you are responsible to get them to our production facility.

Will someone come to my site if I have concerns about getting the building in the desired location?

Yes arrangements can be made for site consultation. We have special machinery to maneuver buildings into tight spots a $20 fee is collected if we use it. The Delivery crew always has it with them.
