These are not building kits. Your building choice is delivered built and ready for use. We can deliver and place the building in tight areas using our special machinery.

Shingle roof colors are available in black, brown, green, gray, or red. Several metal roof colors are available. Ask our sales person for colors. Vinyl siding color options can be viewed at www.mastic.com or see the sample board at each building display lot.

Buildings generally take 3 to 4 weeks to be constructed and delivered. We do sell display models directly off our lots. Your building may be delivered sooner if another building has been sold close to your location.

Delivery of your building is free up to 30 miles from your closest North Star sales location. Chances are you may qualify for free delivery even if you are further than 30 miles from the lot where you got your brochure. Ask your sales person to calculate delivery fees if any.

Only 10% of your total is required as down payment at the time of order. Balance paid at time of delivery. Abuilding4you will accept cash, check, Visa or Master Card for the 10% down payment. The balance must be paid by check made payable to North Buildings or cash. We will accept payment for the entire building with a credit card for an additional 2% fee of the amount charged to your card.

90% of our orders are taken by phone. We would be available to meet with you in person to take your order if your needs require it.

We also build Horse loafing sheds, dog houses and elevated Deer stands ask our sales person for details.
